Open Question: Maryland-Age Of Consent?

Okay I've been reading about the Maryland age of consent and is it true that if you're 16+, you can have sex with someone older(like 21+)? Like if there was a 16/17 year old girl, could she date/have relationship with a 29/30 year old man and it be legal?
